Returns & Exchanges


Zippo products are crafted with utmost quality and integrity. However, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.

If you purchased your Zippo product from an authorized Zippo or Case retailer, contact that retailer for details of their return policy.  Iconicspark.bhawar.com does not accept returns for merchandise purchased through retail locations.

 

ORDERS CANCELLED IN-TRANSIT

For Prepaid orders cancelled by customers  in-transit, refund will be initiated upon receipt of goods back to us.

Refunds are credited back to source in 5 to 7 days once initiated.
